Economic Restructuring Committee
The economic restructuring committee works to develop a market strategy that will result in an improved retail mix, a stronger tax base, increased investor confidence and a stable role for the downtown as a major contributor to the community’s economy. The committee works to strengthen existing downtown businesses, and to also recruit new ones. The committee also monitors changes in the market and assesses the downtown’s market share within the community and the region.

The Economic Restructuring Committee consists of Bill Connors (Chair), Art Belmonte, Ed Gottlieb, Ted Gaiser, Tim Gaiser and Kevin Carragee.
