About Us
Brighton Main Streets is a volunteer-driven organization dedicated to the revitalization of Brighton's neighborhood commercial district. Our work is based on a multiple approach to neighborhood growth: we work to improve the appearance of our stores, and keep our sidewalks and open spaces clean; we work to promote the area and encourage residents to support the local economy; finally, we work to diversify the retail stores and services that may be found in our community.

Brighton Main Streets is a partnership between residents and local business owners. All have a stake in the neighborhood. BMS is also a public and private partnership. We receive support from the City of Boston Main Streets initiative, as well as from residents, local corporations, stores, universities and institutions. Public dollars are matched by local private investments.
